While I was drawing this I for some reason came up with the idea that Poo doesn't actually exist, or at least didn't until the Magic Cake thing. He and Dalaam are products of Ness's dream, and every person and item connected to him exist only to supplement his awesomeness, hence how utterly flat they all are. Why is this ruby so valuable? 'Cause it looks like it is. Why is the Sword of Kings legendary? 'Cause you think it is. Why does Poo have to leave the party to learn Starstorm from a whithered old man you've never seen before? Honestly because the whole idea of it makes him that much more mysterious and crazy-cool. And perhaps this is all why it's a Magic Cake--it makes a dream real.

In the third episode of Speed Racer, 'The Secret Engine'. I'm sure she stands out... The old dude's granddaughter next to him kind of looks like Ana, too. And look, the green hat guy looks like Giygas.
