PSI Hold is a new technique that is basically just strong telekinesis. The MOTHER series features a bunch of children that can use telekinetic abilities, and yet there haven’t really been any attacks that use it in its simplest form until now. Being able to “hold” enemies would be a supportive move, so it fits Matty. |
