I'm pretty sure I wasn't thinking straight when I made it so that Mom stays off the phone the whole time and just stands there while Ninten jabbers off to Dad. After what the family just went through, she should have shoved Ninten off the phone the moment she became aware of who was on the other line. What kind of mother is she?

Chapter 2 - Page 81: Fade to Black |

Camel's back = BROKEN.
Looking over my original of this page from two/three years ago, I noticed something I had forgotten about. A faint erasure can be seen in the sky, in the panel where Marilyn is on the ground (you probably can't see it here, since this is photocopy, and a colored one at that). It's a speech balloon of Marilyn going "AcK... gAHhh..." and it's accompanied by the sound effect "twitch twitch". All I can say is: *wow*, I'm really glad I recognized the mood killer there when I did.

Trying to imagine what a typical 1906 living-room looked like was a beast for me (I did a lot of Google searches for early 1900's traditional this-and-that when I got caught in a dilemma, but I must have used the wrong keywords or something, because very few pages came up with photographs).
